Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer

Last updated 10 October 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of DEADBULL ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Risk warning

The tokens on this site are new, small and thinly traded. Their prices can rise or fall sharply within minutes, and many will lose all of their value. You can lose every dollar you put in, and losses cannot be reversed. We do not give investment advice, we do not recommend or endorse any token, and nothing on the site is a promise that any token is safe, legitimate or will hold its value. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.

1. What DEADBULL is

DEADBULL is a website that lets you interact with smart contracts on BNB Chain. Those contracts let anyone create a token, open a PancakeSwap pool for it with the liquidity locked, and trade it. The site shows information about tokens created this way and lets you send transactions to those contracts from your own wallet.

We do not hold your funds, your tokens or your keys at any time. Every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet and runs on the blockchain, where it cannot be cancelled or reversed by us or anyone else. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, adviser or fiduciary, and we do not act on your behalf.

Tokens on the site are created by their launchers, not by us. We do not create, issue, own, control or vouch for them, and we are not a party to any trade you make.

2. Who may use the site

You may only use the site if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter into this agreement where you live.
  • You are using the site for yourself, not for someone who could not use it themselves.
  • You are not located in, resident in or a national of a country or region where using the site, trading digital assets or dealing with us is prohibited, and you are not on any sanctions list or acting for anyone who is.
  • You have not been suspended or removed from the site before.

You are responsible for making sure that using the site is legal where you are. We may block or limit access from any location at any time.

3. Reviews and labels

Tokens may carry labels such as Verified, Gold check, High risk or Pending. A label records that our team checked certain facts about a token at a point in time, such as who launched it, how its contract and liquidity are set up, or how it has traded. A label is information, not an endorsement, a recommendation or a guarantee. A reviewed token can still fail, be abandoned or fall to zero. Review decisions are at our discretion and may change or be removed at any time without notice.

Rankings, trending positions, charts, market figures and other data on the site are drawn from the blockchain and third parties, may be delayed or wrong, and are provided for information only.

4. Fees

Launching a token costs a launch fee, paid on chain to the contract. Every trade pays the pool fee of the token's PancakeSwap pool, part of which goes to the token's creator and part to us through the locked liquidity. You also pay network gas on every transaction. Fees are shown before you sign, are set by the contracts and may change for future transactions. Fees already paid are not refundable, including when a transaction fails or a token loses value.

5. Your wallet and your transactions

You are responsible for your wallet, your private keys and anything done with them. We never have access to them and cannot recover them. You are responsible for checking every transaction before you sign it, including the token, the amount, the slippage and the fees. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain it is final.

Transactions can fail, be delayed or execute at a different price than quoted because of network conditions, other users' trades or the design of the pools. We do not guarantee that any transaction will be processed, or when, or at what price.

6. No advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax or other advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Every decision you make here is your own, based on your own research and judgement. If you need advice, get it from a licensed professional before you act.

7. The risks you accept

By using the site you confirm that you understand and accept the following risks, among others:

  • Prices of tokens here are extremely volatile and can go to zero. Most new tokens fail.
  • Liquidity is thin. A single sale can move the price a long way, and you may not be able to sell at the price you expect or at all.
  • Anyone can launch a token. Some will be worthless, misleading or fraudulent, including tokens that passed a review.
  • Smart contracts, wallets, bridges, the blockchain itself and the services the site relies on can contain bugs, be attacked, go down or change, and funds lost that way cannot be recovered.
  • Information on the site may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.
  • Laws and regulation covering digital assets are changing and may affect the value of tokens, your ability to trade them, or your access to the site.
  • You may owe tax on your activity, and working that out is your responsibility.

8. If you launch a token

If you launch a token through the site you are solely responsible for it: for its name, symbol, description, image and links, for any claims you make about it anywhere, for how you promote it, and for complying with every law that applies to it where you are and where your buyers are. You confirm that the material you provide is yours or you have the right to use it, that it is not misleading, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

You understand that the liquidity for your token is locked permanently by the contracts, that your dev buy and launch settings are your own choices, and that we have no control over the token after it is launched. We may hide, flag, relabel or remove any token from the site at our discretion without affecting the token on chain.

9. What you may not do

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or terrorist financing.
  • Manipulate markets, including wash trading, pumping and dumping, spoofing, or coordinating with others to mislead buyers.
  • Launch or promote a token with false or misleading information, or that infringes anyone's rights.
  • Impersonate any person, project or the DEADBULL team, or claim a review or label you do not have.
  • Interfere with the site, its servers or other users, or try to get around any limit or control we have set.
  • Use bots, scrapers or automated tools in a way that burdens the site or harms other users.
  • Post anything abusive, hateful, obscene or harmful.

10. Content and intellectual property

The site, its design, its name, its logos and its code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site as intended, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute it or use our name and marks without permission.

You keep ownership of the material you submit, such as token descriptions, images and links. By submitting it you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, copy and share it in connection with running and promoting the site. We may remove any material at any time.

11. Third-party services

The site relies on services we do not control, including BNB Chain, PancakeSwap, wallet software, bridges, block explorers and data providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or conduct. Links to other sites are for convenience and are not endorsements.

12. Access and changes

We may change, suspend or shut down the site or any part of it at any time, and we may restrict, suspend or end your access at any time for any reason, including suspected breach of these terms. The smart contracts and your tokens on chain are not affected by anything that happens to the site.

13. No warranty

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any token, contract, label or figure is correct, safe or suitable for you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our owners, operators, employees, contractors, contributors and affiliates are not liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with the site, the smart contracts, any token, any transaction, any other user, any third-party service or these terms. This includes loss of money, tokens or profits, loss of data, and indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if we were told it could happen.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us through the site in the twelve months before the claim and one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, operators, employees, contractors, contributors and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, damage and expense, including legal fees, arising from your use of the site, any token you launch or promote, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or of anyone's rights.

16. Release

You release us and the people listed above from all claims, demands and damages of every kind, known or unknown, arising from or connected with disputes between you and other users, token launchers or third-party services, and from any loss on any token or transaction.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be resolved by binding arbitration under [arbitration rules] in [jurisdiction], on an individual basis. You agree not to bring or take part in any class, collective or representative action against us. Either side may seek an injunction in court to protect its intellectual property.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. When we make a material change we will show a notice on the site, and you will be asked to accept the new terms before you continue. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

19. General

These terms, with anything they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If any part is found unenforceable the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours. Headings are for convenience only.
